Question my mom has a debt to now the 5th collection agency this debt is 8-12 yrs old she has never had a va. judgement on this a collection agency called her a few min ago and the lady sd that if she did not pay this then she was going to go have a warrent for her arrest. I did debt collection in pa. I few that this lady has stepped over the line a to the fair debt collection practice act. coul=d you give me your opinion on this matter?
