Question
If I take specialization in management and graduate with a MBA, does that mean that I could not take other position such as marketing or finance in my future job?

I don't understand with so many specializations, people graduate with the same title, how do job recruiters know which one is right for their division?

thank you

Answer
As an executive recruiter for MRI Seattle, you might want to check out myself and the team under http://www.mriseattle.com Seldom does the degree matter in the employment process. Mostly, it is how you are able to explain the benefits to the employer. Employers want to know:

1. money to them
2. saved money or expenses
3. time saved
4. looking good for hiring you
5. how you bring a compet. edge to the company

You need quants. to explain each benefit for your achievements. They really care less about where and what kind of degree that you have.
