DR. JOSEPH DE BEAUCHAMP, WOULD YOU PLEASE RANK THE BEST 10 UNDERGRADUATE BUSINESS SCHOOLS IN CALIFORNIA. IN ADDITION, AS THE GLOBAL MARKET BECOMES MORE GLOBAL WOULD FIANCE OR OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT BE BEST IN TERMS OF THE LEAST LIKELY INDUSTRIES TO BE OUTSOURCED. THANKS.

I do not believe that finance and operations can be outsourced to India because of Sarbanes Oxley. I would have a different ranking of undergraduate schools than some people. I would limit any school that had over 35 students per class. I would recommend that this class size is the best way to look at education. Most of the larger state run universities have never earned my respect.
