Question
I am a person in my early 40s I am going back to school while working for the court systems and I have 14 years in the circuit court and now work with general district which is two different courts. What I am trying to do is get my associates in bus/admin and also earn my bachelor degree. My question is this what kinds of jobs should i try to get
even though i have all this court experience i want to do something completely new?

Answer
Companies need people that can help in the legal area. HR or compliance for their stock or Sarbanes Oxley are large areas of concern for companies today. A degree will help, but the primary need is to focus on the benefits that you can help them. You should focus on the benefits that you create for the company.
