Dear Dr. Joseph , My hunsband and I want to go to canada . He wants to continue his education in mba major. he has finished his university in iran in this major with very good marks. He wants to apply for scholarship for PHD in MBA. I want to know if he can do it or not .. and please tell us what steps shall we take to get scholarship? .. shall we talk to professors ?

I think you should call and speak to the admissions director of your school. Admissions directors are very familar with scholarships, grants, and government loans. In Canada, there is something like FASA money down in the states.

I also found a job that you might consider in Toranto. Vancouver also has some jobs open. This would be for the Arts Institute, a sister school for us down in the states. We just got sold to Goldman and Sachs, and I would believe working for the Arts Institute, completing a DBA or MBA online with Argosy U would help you a great deal. Look over this listing, and let me know if this helps get you into Canada for income, job and scholarship.

Position Summary:
The Art Institute of Toronto is one of the Art Institutes system of schools with 33 education institutions located throughout North America, providing an important source of design, media arts, fashion and culinary professionals.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as the Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for providing personnel services in the fields of employment, training, compensation, employee relations, benefits administration, safety, communications and legal compliance. The HR Director serves on the Executive Committee and is a resource and main point of contact for HR policy/procedure clarification in the College and as an advisor for College President and Executive Committee members. The selected candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Behavioral Sciences or related field, and at least seven years of increasingly responsible HR management experience, preferable in a proprietary school. HR certification preferred. Good knowledge of Federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations affecting HR is necessary.
