Hi,
Because we're a small company and I wear several hats, I don't want the additional responsibility of installing and managing another program on our single server network.  But it occurred to me that there is probably some free bulletin board site somewhere where our 15 or so employees could log on and communicate with each other for various business purposes, along with messages that management or various departments post.  Any suggestions?

You can setup a Usenet (newsgroup/NNTP) server, that's Open Source. But there are free WEB based BBSes. Unfortunately I don'tknow any off hand, but googling free WEB BBS should find some. Another option would be to setup a private Yahoo group.
