Wondering if you could give me a few good and inexpensive options for project or time mgt. software. Looking for something like the lawyers use to track different contracts. I am self employed consultant with different contracts and also a writer. I would like to keep more specific track of my work as I find it virtually impossible to do half days in one area. Tends to be pieces. I found one but it ties the tracking to applications. I want a stopwatch/clock function. Can you suggest a few?

I don't know of any specific ones, but there are a number of them, many freeware. I would suggest going to tucows.com and searching for time tracking and you should find several to choose from. Most will have free trials if they aren't freeware.
