please help
I have a small report that has 3 fields in it I am extracting all my data from SQL I need to suppress the field headers if the report does not return any data can this be done?

Answer
Use the ON NoData event of the report. You can set the visible property of the Page Header to No or just not print the report at all and display a message that there is no data.
