Question

Hello, I've got a video rental program which works perfectly except for one thing. When I try to add new users I have to press INS (Insert) and suddenly the program freezes. Do you perhaps know how to fix this problem? I guess it has something to do with writing to a system file or something since it worked before.

From the look of your screenshot this is an old program probably written original for DOS. If you are trying to run it under a current OS, like XP or Vista, it may not work as intended. I would strongly suggest that you contact the author for an updated version.

What you could try is running it in Compatability mode. If you rioght click on the icon to launch the program and select Properties, in the Compatability tab you can choose to run it under an older OS.
