Question
What is a program that will convert scanned documents into wordperfect format?

Answer
Any OCR (Optical Character Reader) software. OmniPro is one, there are a number of others.

OCR is rarely more than 90% accurate. The accuracy depends a lot on the quality of the scanned image. The layout, type of font etc.
