Question
Hi, how do I calculate the Diff of Current Date and a date in the field? E.g. 2009(Current Year)-2006(Given Field)=Value(I need this)

Do I do this in table/query/form?

I need to display this answer in form.

In addition to answers that equal to zero, I want to display them as "New". How do I do all these?

Los of THANKS!

Answer
Use the DateDiff function.

You can do it in either a form (seting the Controlsource to the DateDiff expression) or a query (adding a column withthe DateDiff expression).

Hope this helps,
