Question
Which software may be suggested for recording information regarding mail/letters which are being received by me, in my Office?. That may be called as DISPATCH REGISTER. That could present a FROM with the information on it i.e. Subject, from whom received, for whom the letter is, date of receiving or when it has dispatched etc.

I don't know of any canned software that specifically does it. Contact Management software like ACT, GOLDMINE or MAXIMIZER should be able to do it. Of course your E-mail client stores your e-mail.

If you want to develop your own, and database can do it.
