QUESTION: Sir,

I have portable microsoft office software downloaded from net.  I tried opening excel application but getting error message as follows :

The Instruction at "0x00cc95764" referenced memory at "0x010f0a31" could not be "read"

Can you advise me what is this error message means.

Can you give me any solution to it

ANSWER: What do you mean by "portable Microsoft Office"? Where did you get this software from? What device are you trying to run it on?

it is small free software which can carry at pen drive and can be accessed all microsoft office 2007

Answer
First, I do not beleive this is a Microsoft product. Second I'm still not clear what this does. If you are having trouble with a product you downloaded you need to go back to their tech support.
