is there a software or download available that can help me with my small business, that will not only help me keep track of end product, but also,the parts level used to make it. for example I produce widget X and I use parts A,B,C,D and E to build it. so after I enter into inventory that I have 26 widget X's in stock it will tell me automatically that I'm low on part C and need to order more

What you are looking for is called a Bill of Materials (BOM). Its often a part of an inventory application. There are loads of applications that do inventory management, You can check sites like download.com to see if you can find any freeware.

You can also build your own using a database platform like Access, Filemaker or Alpha 5.
