Business Software/E-Mail Attachments

Question
We're using Office 2003 and Hummingbird DM. A continual problem we have is when users open a Word attachment from e-mail, and instead of saving it to Hummingbird DM (or anywhere) before they start editing the document, they just click "Save" which saves back to the e-mail message, but doesn't really save most of the time.  Are you aware of any program or utility that forces a person to save an attachment before opening it?  Or, when they do click "Save", warn them that it is not saved anywhere?  Thanks for any suggestions!

Answer
Whjat you might consider is sending the Word docs as Templates instead of regular docs. When you save a template it forces you to save it as new document. Another option would be to add a macro to your documents that intercepts the Save command and displays a message.
