Business Software/File Accessed Date

Question
I am trying to do some record retention to a large number of files on our network. The problem I have is that I can only search for files using the date for either "date created" or "date modified". I would like to know when the file where "last accessed" or "last opened"
Can you either help me or forward my question to some one that can? Thank you in advance. ps maybe you know of some software? Thanks


Answer
Such info MIGHT be stored as part of the document, but it would depend on the software that created the document. There are a number of document management appss out there, but the kind of functionality you are asking for is high end and expensive.
