Question
I once had an interview where the HR representative sent me an email with several specific dates and times for me to choose from to schedule the interview appointment. Now I have started my own business and am looking for a similiar software. Does you know of such a software that will allow me to do that same thing?

Answer
There are LOADS of apps that allow you to keep an appointment calendar. Outlook (part of Office will do it). However, I don't know of any that will automatically create an e-mail form that the user can fill in and return and have it populate the calendar.

You could do it with Access 2007, though, but you would have to program it yourself. Or hire someone to do it for you.
