Question
I have Office 2000 of my computer and want to install Office 2003.  what is the best way to do it?

Do I delete Office 2000 first?  

Answer
The questions is whether you only want 2003. Either way, don't remove 2K first. The 2003 install will detect its there and will ask if you want to keep any of the 2000 components. If you select no, they will be removed. Outlook will automatically be removed, you can only have one version of Outlook. But any of the others can co-exist.
