Dear Scott,

I have a secured pdf document that allows just one copy in a day.

Is there a way to copy it freely or a tool which converts pdf into word document?

If the document allows one copy per day, then that is a restriction placed on it by the author/owner of the document. For you to try and get around that restriction is tantamount to theft. For me to offer help in doing so would be unethical.

If you really need this document, then contact the author and see what he wants to give you an unlimited or text version.
