Question
I recently received a cd which contains a quality manual but I can't open it. I can open other files on this disc but they are microsoft excel documents. What do I need to buy to enable my computer to open this document. I thought microsoft publisher but it doesn't state mocrosoft publisher next to the file only PUB file. Please help!

The reason it doesn't say MS Pub is because you don't have it on your PC or its not associated with it. The way Windows knows what type of program a file is, is by the association setup for that PC. If no Association is setup then it uses the extension.

If you install Publisher it should change the listing to Publisher.
