Hi, I have done a space plan in MS Visio. I need to take a print out of the diagram along with the background grid. Can you tell me how to get the background grid in my printout. I really need the background to be printed on the paper along with my diagrams. Please Help. Thank you.

The Visio grid is not printable. What you can do is create dotted lines and snap them to the grid then print. I would create these lines on a separate layer so I could turn them on or off as needed. You could also create your own custom stencil to drag into drawings.
