We have installed (& successfully used) Winfax Pro 10.3 operating under Windows XP. Someone before me created a custom cover sheet that now needs to be slightly updated. I found where the cover sheet is stored and managed to call it up in the Winfax Pro Cover Sheet Design tool. But when I try to click on the words I want to delete & change, I get an error window that says something like "static activex cannot be changed." Apparently I cannot just update this data like you would in other Windows products like Word and Excel. How can I update this cover sheet?

It depends on what you want to change. Parts of a Winfax cover sheet are ActiveX controls that allow it to pick up the transmittal info from the Send Dialog box. Those can't be changed. But other aspects of the template can.
