Question
we have a print spooler by an old company called "printq" we need to put this on a computer but we only have a 5 and a quarter disk that we can't use.do you know how or where we can get a copy of this program?thanks, ron

Answer
Comments and suggestions:

Network the computers?

Are both computers connected to the internet? If so there are ways to transfer the program between computers.

Use another print spooler program.

Purchase and install another 5 1/4 floppy drive, or install a 3 1/2 floppy drive.

Also, your question is not clear - which computer has the 5 1/4" floppy -- the computer with the printq program or the computer that does not have that program.

Searching I found:  PrintQ from Software Directions. I am therefore assuming this is the program you are using.

Since you obviously have a computer connected to the internet, use that computer to search for and download printq or other print spooler program for the computer that does not have it.

I hope some of this helps; I think there will be a solution to your problem. Ask for additional help if needed.
