Business & Technical Writing/Appendices - can they reference report?

Question
I am writting an engineering report and I need to add past reports as Appendices. However, many of the Figures repeat through each 'Report' (main report and then again in each Appendix). Can I simply refer to the Final Report Figures in the text of the Appendix/Initial Report? Thanks for the help!

Answer
I'm not sure I entirely understand your question, but if your reference takes the reader to one accurate set of data, I do not see why you should have to refer to each instance of the same data if it is repeated multiple times.

Hope this helps.
