hello,
I just took delivery of a product i want to market. actually it is a fuel saver. I want to introduce it to a hotel that consumes fuel greatly. Please how do i write the proposal . Guide me or give me a sample to use in constructing mine. Thanks

What you are asking is quite involved.

Unless the hotel has asked for bids on fuel saving devices, you do not need a proposal. I would suspect you want is a sales speech or letter.

To be effective, you need to know what is important to the hotel (saving money, saving the environment, etc.). Once you know the hotel's interests, then you need to show the benefits of your fuel saver to meet those needs. You will want to show how much money or fuel is saved. Or you may need to explain how the fuel savings helps the environment.

You will also want to offer an opportunity to prove to the hotel how the device works.

I suggest you get some advice on marketing a product.
