Please note that the supplier shall reimburse these expenses / expenditure as they sent it to us as damaged condition. / we were supposed to deduct / charge these incurable amount from / to the supplier's account as they sent the furniture to us as damaged condition.

I am happy to help. I don't know what you mean by "...incurable amount..," so I'm taking a leap of faith that my answer will give you want you need.

The recently ordered furniture from supplier _________________ arrived in a damaged condition.  Therefore, the supplier is to reimburse all charges related to the damaged goods.
