Question
Hello,

We are planning for IT Outsourcing Company, we will be providing services and support on different IT products to the customer.

But I am not too good in framing a presentation, proposal letter/ business letters.

And I also need help to get my web page with good content.

Please suggest me the best way?

Mohammed Kasim

Answer
Mohammed,

I would suggest you hire someone to help you with your project. Presenting your company well is an important element of success.

Getting someone who can present what you do on your website requires different skills from someone who writes proposals and business letters. Some professional writers and public relations professionals can do both, so you may want to consider looking at a public relations (PR) firm in your area. A PR firm can also suggest the best marketing techniques whether it is a website or a Facebook page.

Since I do not know where you live, I cannot offer concrete suggestions, but you may want to look to a local college. Perhaps one of the marketing professors can suggest a talented person who needs experience. You may be able to get his or her services at a bargain price. The same professor may be able to suggest a firm that can provide the services you need. Be sure to shop around to get what you need. The prices on PR/writing work can vary greatly with different services provided.

Best of luck to you.
