Thank you for your question. I'm not sure whether you are familiar with titling the business letter, so that is where I will start.

Country

Dear Ms. _______,

Note: Do not assume that a first name is a woman or man. Always determine this. I know women and men named Marian and Daryl, for example. If it is a woman, ask whether she prefers being addressed by Ms. or Mrs. If you do not know, assume Ms.
