Question
I was asked to take minutes at a meeting at the church I attend;
I have no clue what the formula is for writing it on paper.
Is there a formula that you know off? Perhaps a website I can go to for this type of information.It does not have to be professional, but I would like it to look as though I know what its all about.

Thank you for your help

Check out this site.

Beyond the suggestions offered here, as long as your minutes accurately reflect what happened at the meeting, you'll be fine. So be sure you get things down accurately. When you are in doubt, clarify what the other participants want to be reflected in the minutes with them at the time.

Standard procedure is that at the next meeting the minutes will be approved by the committee. Others may offer revisions, and the group must agree to make them.

Hope this helps.
