Question
My husband and I are trying to sell our house. I need to know how to write a letter stating the cost, etc. to interested people. I don't know where to look. Do you have any suggestions?

Answer
I thought I had answered this question. I apologize if there has been a delay. Any business writing handbook will show you several different says to format a business letter, and any of those standard formats will work just fine. Microsoft offers templates for business letters in Word, and I'm pretty sure WordPerfect does the same. In Word, choose File > New and select New from Template. That will carry you to the templates dialog. Click Letters and Faxes. You'll have several to choose from.

If the issue is the content, I can help you with that if you'll e-mail the information you want to present or call me (866)451-2632 toll free. I would charge $25.00 for writing the letter for you, and I can accept payment via PayPal. Since I don't know what information you're trying to present, I can't go much further here.

If you'd like me just to take a look at the ideas you want to present and offer a couple of suggestions, e-mail it to me. I'll do that at no charge.
