Question
Writing Policy- We have three offices within a 10 mile radius -do we reimburse for travel to these offices??
Looking for trends on this subject.

Answer
This is completely up to your company's culture.  If you worked for the US Federal Government your employees would be reimbursed at $.585 per mile.  Most companies I am aware of would not reimburse employees for a trip to another office that is within a 10 mile radius unless the primary job of the employee was delivery of inter-office or customer material.
