Question
Hello, I am planning on travelling to stuttgart, germany in february, and from there to venice, italy. I plan to go by air from lagos to stuttgart and then take a train to venice from there. The problem is that  cant seem to find any direct train from stuttgart to venice. and how about taking a bus ride
Please help me with this. Thank You

Answer
Train travel is far more convenient and comfortable in Europe.  I suggest that you investigate a route that you might have to change trains to get to Venice (probably in Milan or Turin). You do not want to go by bus ... too far and too long.  You might have to go from Stuttgart to Frankfurt, then change trains also.  There are probably NO direct trains between those cities.
Hope this assists -- please reply to the e-mail from this site to evaluate my advice
Thanks

Joel

I have travelled on business to 37 countries in the past 4 years -- visiting 4 or 5 major cities in one 7-day trip ! All this out of Chicago (my home base). I can assist with itinerary planning, suggestions what to pack, how to get to locations, and can answer general questions about what to do during non-work time, and how to survive "on your own" on the road. I have a few "tips" on how to make a 7 to 10 hour plane ride more comfortable, less jet-lagged and what to take on board to assist.
