Question
i am looking to buy a townhome or condo with low or no hoa fee near myrtle beach sc,the property i looking to buy is about 2 mile from the ocean,and i check the craigslist website there is tons of house and condo townhouse for sale,and lots forclosure house also, my question is,how long the market stay droping?and is time buy now or wait for 6 months or one year,i am afrid i buy now ,and it continus  drop ,i will be in trouble,what do u think?thanks

If we were able to time the market better, it would be a better place for all of us. The only thing you can really do is evaluate the area you are looking at and make sure you are happy with the deal you are getting.  Sometime you can wait to long and the deals will just fly by.....
