Buying Coastal Properties/I want my own bussiness, any advise please

Question
I am interested in starting my own company to start buying/selling properties.  I live in Kentucky and I have just left the Army, so I have access to free college money and VA loans and am interested in utilizing this benefit.  I was wondering the fastest foot to start on to accomplish my goal (schools, classes, anything!).  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Answer
Hello Daniel,
Be sure to check the market in the area that you will be working in, as it may be in a downward spiral (affecting the income that you could possibly make).  You really don't need college money to be a real estate agent - just a GED, completion of required classes and state testing.

Again, be sure to check your market.  Suggestion - if you do have access to all the benefits that the service has offered you, I would recommend that you use it for something more productive, as your education is virtually free.
