Question
I have little knowledge about this. I am 18 years old and looking to buy a house. I have a baby on the way and need to make a good future fir the child. I make decent money. Around 2200 a month. Is there any loans I can get to purchase the house with no credit established yet? I reside in Florida bytheway

Answer
Hello Thrisha;
My suggestion is for you to contact a lender and discuss options with the lender.  There are several programs available for first time buyers and depending upon where you live, there are also government assistance programs for first time buyers.  However, a lender will need to get them for you.  You should start by finding out what you can do to establish credit.  You may not be able to get a loan without any.  That doesn't mean that you can't get a home though.  Often there are relatives that can take title with the Buyer to help with credit qualifications.  Talk this possibility over with a lender as well.  Once you establish what you can get for a loan and what you qualify for in a home, then you can begin searching for a home for that baby of yours that is soon to be born.

Good luck and best wishes.

Experience

Anyone who is in this business and who dedicates oneself to professionalism has continued to take classes and along with it,additional credentials, awards and honors. I can list a host of them, but my greatest accomplishments happen to be those of getting first time buyers (who didn't think they could afford to buy a home)into a home of their dreams. The look on their faces when I hand over the keys is worth all of the hard work.
