Question
Im buying a home and the process is taking forever. I need money to pay off bills because Im still paying rent and holding my closing cost in my account. What do I do?

Hi Vanessa,
As I am a Realtor and not a lawyer I can only make a suggestion. All I can suggest is to call your most pressing accounts and explain the situation to them and let them know when you feel you could make any kind of a payment. Most creditors will accept a smaller payment rather than no payment and hopefully they won't mess up your credit!
Just a thought, in these economic times if you are having trouble paying your bills now, how will that be after you buy a house? I hope you are not biting off more than you can chew.
