QUESTION: Dear Mr Dennis,

It's me agus again. I would love to do the follow up from our previous topic but the site said it's too many follow up and had to start a new thread. I want to thank you again for explaining the foreclosure process and the time frame. I can plan accordingly about the moving time and such in the next 6 months (hopefully 9 months) :). now yesterday, my sister in law wanted to do short sale. She wanted to save her credit score. My understanding is that short sale and foreclosure are the same in damaging her credit right? She said that if the shortsale succeed, her credit score wont be as bad as if we are doing foreclosure. Please advise if this is true. And then the last question is... do you mind explaining to me the shortsale in a nutshell? Just so you know my first mortgage is 280k under her name, and the second is 145k under my name. The house price right now is around 275k. Just please give me the scenario what will happen if the house is going into shortsale and succeeds and if it doesn't succeed.

Please advise.

QUESTION: dear Dennis, fair enough. How much do you charge and how do i pay you? Please not too much, i am just totally broke right now. Please let me know how i can pay you...I just have that last question i posted before about my sister in law credit score damage if she goes with foreclosure or with shortsale. I personally don't care anymore. If shortsale can help reduce damage in her credit score, i'll do it. Otherwise, we'll do foreclosure. I just want to walk away from this ASAP!
