Hello My name is Ron Perez and I live in the city of Lakewood,Ca. I am hoping you can help me or direct me, I am seeking Property Investors, people who are interested in Buying Homes as an investment and using it as a Rental.
My home recently went into foreclosure and the only way for me to be able to stay in my home is to find a person who is interested in buying my home and renting out to me. My home is located in the city of Lakewood, Ca. My home is Banked Owned by CITIGROUP at est. $ 342,000.00 3 bed 2 bath Upgraded Home. Excellent Cond.

Dear Ron;
There are some new lending laws that inhibit more than 5 investments. This will reduce the amount of investors you will be able to reach out to. My suggestion is to run an ad in the paper and also call all of the local real estate companies with this information.
