Buying or Selling a Home/Selling a Mobile Home

Question
The mobile home park I live in is closing and I need to sell and have my 1987 Champion double-wide trailer moved out by July 2009.  I have been researching the best sources for advertising my home online but I'm not sure which ones have the best coverage within a 500 mile radius of my location.  A great selling point for my home is the Government will move it up to 500 miles and set it up on a lot of the buyer's choice at no cost to the buyer.  That is as far as Maryland and Washington D.C.  Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hi Patrick...things are very slow now, so don't expect a quick sale.
Having the Gov't help is a great feature, but the park has an obligation to you if they are forcing the residents out...check on that first.
Craig's List and MHVillage are my suggestions for ads.  You will probably have to get a mobile home dealer to do it if it doesn't sell by the spring. If it comes to that, write back, and we'll discuss that issue....Good luck

PS Penny Saver is also OK to use, but attracts some of the wrong people....plus it's NOT cheap.
