Michael,
I have been trying to sell my 2000 Skyline Manufactured home for over 6 months now. We do not own the lot and have not been able to sell. We have also tried to re-finance, with no luck even though we have perfect credit. We bought this as an investment property 8 years ago, and can no longer afford the extra payment. The house is locate din Florida. Do you have any suggestions or advice I can benefit from? I am desperate now and an even willing to take a small loss to get rid of it.
Hi Tammi...I will try to assist, but need to know: How have you been trying to sell? Who have you tried to re-fi with? Is the home paid off? Have you tried a short sale? How much is space rent, and the quality of the park(all age?)
