Question
HOW CAN I BY A HOUSE THROUGH MY LAWYER, KEEPING MY NAME PRIVATE. NOT ILLEGAL BUT PRIVATE. I DONT WANT ANYBODY TO GO TO THE TOWN HALL OR OTHER SOURCE AND KNOW MY ADDRESS.
Hi Rob,
I'm sorry but I don't know the answer of how it is done but I believe it can be done. I would check with a title company on how they do it. You might think about setting up a P.O. Box and use that as the address that would be recorded.
Another route is to check with your lawyer or real estate agent and if they don't know the answer they can contact the title company.
