Question
hello, thanks for ur time in advance. we are considering buying a new home from ryan homes. can I give them an offer lower than asked price? or since its a new home u cant gie offers? whats the normal procedure? we are 1st time buyers.

Answer
I would advise you to talk to a Realtor or a real estate lawyer...but if your area is like most in the US, you should have a lot of bargaining power,in terms of price as well as amenities. New home builders often offer options such as finished basement, free closing costs, granite countertops etc free in order to get buyers.

Expertise

I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and I own my own home staging business. Home Staging is the very best proven way to get top dollar for your home as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are Staged with an ASP Professional Home Stager sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property. This will then lead to your home selling for the highest possible price in today's market. I can answer questions about getting your home ready to sell, specifically what you need to do to get it sold faster and for more money. I can assist with arranging furniture, arranging accessories, decluttering and cleaning tips, choosing the right paint colors, selecting furniture to rent for vacant homes, how to update your home when it is outdated and out of style etc...I can not answer questions about contracts on buying/selling house or legal issues that a Realtor would have to answer.
