Question
We are buying a home and will close 9 days before the seller can move and they are going to lease back the home for 9 days. Other than PITI are there any other charges we should consider that the seller should pay us? Thanks for your time.
I would worry more about the amount for holdover. 7-10 days is almost the norm here in Texas and lots of time it is for no charge. But the holdover for each day they stay past that day gets pretty steep. $100 a day or more. What ever you feel comfortable with.
