Buying or Selling a Home - Wholesaling Real Estate to Distant Investors

Question
I'm in the Metro Detroit, MI area and I wholesale real estate.  I recently learned that there are investor's from around the nation that are buying homes here in the Metro Detroit area because of how cheap they are and they are in turn renting them out because of the incredible cash flow with very little purchase prices.

Would you happen to know any techniques that would allow me to connect with some of these investors in around the country?  For my customers I provide appraisals, rehab estimates, and  property managers.  I also supply the contact information to my appraisers, contractors, and property managers so that the customer can be as comfortable as possible with their investment.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Hello Alvin - Contact the National Real Estate Investors Association. They will have links to other state investor associations. In addition you may want to try online portals like craiglist, classmates, wildcard searched for investor organizations, hard money lenders that will add you to their site, etc. Hope this helps. There is no direct link. Hope this gives you some new ideas. The investor market is lucrative but invisible. - Todd
