You can also find out if your mobile home loan is assumable. Many of them are. If this is the case, find out from your lender who your potential buyer would need to talk to and then start to advertise your home with "take over payments" or "financing already in place". This will open up a big pool of buyers that you might not be able to reach otherwise.
