Buying or Selling a Home/RE classes

Question
QUESTION: I wasn't sure where to ask this question so forgive me if it's posted in the wrong area.  I am trying to find some place where I can take real estate classes online.  I live just outside of Houston, Texas.  I want to take the classes, buy the materials, etc. so I can get my license to be a real estate agent here in Texas.  Do you have any ideas where I would start?
Thank you,
Landon

ANSWER: Dear Landon,
I am not aware of real estate classes online.  Perhaps you can call some of the real estate schools and ask or call some of the community or trade colleges to see if they offer this as an option.

Good luck,

QUESTION: Jessica,
Thanks for the tip, that's a good idea calling the local community colleges or RE schools.  I wanted to leave you the highest possible feedback but for some reason, there was no option to leave feedback, that is really weird.
Thanks again,
Landon

Answer
Hi Landon;
You are welcome!  The reason there is no place for feedback is because I requested that there not be.  I do this as a service (have for many years) and find that worrying about feedback makes this a little competitive and sometimes less truthful.  I do appreciate a positive comment and often receive special thanks from someone I have helped.  That's really very rewarding.

Good luck with finding your classes.

Experience

Anyone who is in this business and who dedicates oneself to professionalism has continued to take classes and along with it,additional credentials, awards and honors. I can list a host of them, but my greatest accomplishments happen to be those of getting first time buyers (who didn't think they could afford to buy a home)into a home of their dreams. The look on their faces when I hand over the keys is worth all of the hard work.
