Question Is there any such thing as buyer's remorse when the buyer has made an offer on a property?
Answer Hi Annie, there certainly is and that is why most contracts give you a due diligence period to take a look at the house and see if it meets your expectations after all inspections. Making this type of investment is a huge financial obligation. It is not to be taken lightly. So if you are having second thoughts talk to your real estate agent and tell him/her what you are feeling. Perhaps they can help you through this and help you overcome any second thoughts you are having by answering your questions. Buyer's remorse is really not knowing all the facts and the fear of making a wrong decision. Hope this helps and good luck to you.
