Question I live in Sunnyvale, California. I owned a mobile home in a trailer park, and I sold it without an inspection. We've gone to HCD and transferred the title already. After taht the landholder asked me to give him an inspection report, but the mobile home is not me. Do we still need an inspection? Is an inspection necessary?
Answer I do not know, Crystal. The sale of a mobile home not connected or including land is considered something that the Department of Motor Vehicles domaine. If you did not use a real estate agent to sell the mobile home, then talk with the DMV and find out the answer to your question. I do wish you well.
