Experience
Anyone who is in this business and who dedicates oneself to professionalism has continued to take classes and along with it,additional credentials, awards and honors. I can list a host of them, but my greatest accomplishments happen to be those of getting first time buyers (who didn't think they could afford to buy a home)into a home of their dreams. The look on their faces when I hand over the keys is worth all of the hard work.

Question
I listed with a realtor less than a week  ago and found that he has given me inaccurate info. He works with the team concept and too many people involved in the selling. I find this very confusing and want to opt out of the contract. What are my options, I no longer trust this person enough to sell my home and be locked in a 3 mon contract  Any  thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated.Thanks

Answer
Dear Frances;
You should call the managing broker to discuss your feelings. The manager needs to give permission to release you from the contract.  If you don't get permission, I'm afraid that you will be stuck with them for three months since you signed this agreement.

Good luck,
Jessica Bryan
