please help i purchased a old moblie home a 1981 and i wanted to get the title so i can get some insurance can you please to me how to get it the man who sold me the trailor has pasted on and i dont know where 2 start

Kizzy....go to your states Housing and Community Development office with all the paperwork and #'s you can get off the home....they will mail you the new reg. and title...probably $25-50 for duplicates.

I always advise buyers to go through escrow....right now you know nothing about arrearage on fees, if there is a lien, etc....good luck..."~ M
